At Poke Aura, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Opened or used tarot decks.
Opened playing card decks.
Opened educational flash cards or learning card sets.
Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
